This Year, the Ratha Yatra Festival that takes place together with the Carnival of Cultures in Berlin is called by the devotees, Shoba Yatra. Devotees from all over the world, bring Jagannatha Baladeva and Shubadra and the messages of Bhakti Yoga, to so many peoples that gather every year for a big festival.

Sudevi didi and Kishorimohan Prabhu were very fortunate to be born into families of devotees. When they were very young, they received Darshan and cookies from Srila Prabhupada. Travelling around the world, broadcasting the message of Krishna-Bhakti, they have also bean in Berlin in Julie 2009.

Cows - or rather cattle, including bulls but excluding buffalo are sacred to almost every Hindu. (especial to all Vaishnavas - because cows are most dear to Sri Krishna) The exact nature of this sacredness, as well as the explanation of its origin may be quite different depending on whom you ask. In theory the cow is honoured as a mother for giving milk to humans, and the bovine species in general is honoured for its work in the service of mankind. Cows and/or bulls are worshipped on several festivals and are generally respected.
